Alliant offers undergraduate degrees on two campuses: San Diego, CA and Mexico City, MX.

Alliant has day and evening classes as well as hybrid course options. Both the San Diego and Mexico City programs are fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Priorities for our undergraduate programs include:

  • Expanding learning opportunities that facilitate application and integration of academic knowledge including undergraduate research and public scholarship
  • Collaborating across the University to enhance the student experience.
  • Promoting quality and consistency of academic advising
  • Challenging and motivating students to create their own world class education

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Child Development

On our San Diego campus, Alliant offers a four-year bachelor’s degree program in Child Development. Child Development provides pathways to a rewarding career as an educator of children from birth through adolescence and early childhood.  This specialized area of education provides the focus, knowledge and skills needed to create and facilitate learning environments for children and families - environments that promote the healthy development of social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills. With small classes, online learning options and no “impacted” programs, Alliant students move through their degree requirements quickly and efficiently. Transfer students are welcome.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Studies

Our Mexico City Campus, which is in the heart of the city, at the Zona Rosa and near the U.S. Embassy, offers a full four-year degree program and is the only U.S. university operating independently in Mexico City. Students who wish to join Alliant and are interested in studying abroad, have the option of starting in Mexico City and completing their bachelor’s in San Diego or simply taking one semester abroad. Students can choose a concentration in international business or international relations and will study the Latin American Studies minor with other undergraduate majors at the Mexico campus.
