LDR 8702 - Leadership Self-Development 2: Coaching for Influence and Engagement

This course focuses on developing leadership skills that are critical for working with and mobilizing others. Topics will include leadership power, influence and ethics, basic coaching concepts and techniques, individual and team goal setting, performance management, and work motivation and engagement. Students review personal progress with regard to their leadership development plan and practice peer coaching.
