LDR 8802 - Organizational Dynamics and Systems- Power and Conflict(3 units)
Students will be exposed to theory and research that deal and conflict and other organizational dynamics issues. Students will develop their ability to conduct systems analysis, identify and frame complex problems, construct solutions, use data. This course elaborates on central themes and ways of reading the dynamics of organizations. Lectures, discussions, creative reflection, and experiential learning are used to ground participants in the philosophy, theory and practice of organizational dynamics. Power dynamics, especially in an international, multicultural and diversity perspective.
