LDR 8805 - Contemporary and Emergent Theories in Leadership

(3 units)
This course builds on emerging research in the area of positive organizational scholarship, authentic leadership, neuroscience and cognitive approaches to leadership; shared leadership, spiritual approaches to leadership, leading mindfully and other contemporary and emergent theories of leadership.  The research of Alliant faculty and others working in these new areas of leadership will be highlighted and studied in this course.
