PSY85190 - Theory and Practice: Introduction to Buddhist Psychotherapy
(3 units)This course covers the philosophical and psychotherapeutic aspects in the fundamental teachings of Early Buddhism as found in the Suttapitaka. Students will also be introduced to early Buddhist meditation practice. Prerequisites:Student must have completed or currently be enrolled in a practicum whereby individual psychotherapy is conducted with a minimum of 8 sessions.
