Program Description/Overview
One of the most vital assets of an organization is its data. Businesses are looking to data management experts to help them increase productivity, profitability, and performance through enterprise data management best practices. Because data is so critical to the operational success of companies, the field of data management is growing at a significant above-average rate according the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This certification program can empower students with the skills needed to maintain databases, analyze organizational data, and interpret data results into viable solutions and next steps for stakeholders. Students can transfer two of the certificate courses to Alliant’s Master of Science in Data Analytics degree. The 9 credits in this graduate certificate are graduate-level and 6 of the 9 credits may be applied to CSML’s Master of Science in Data Analytics (MSDA) degree program.
