LDR 7864 - Leadership Research Project II(3 units) This course is a two-semester introduction to conducting applied research. It will prepare Leadership students for their future research requirements including the doctoral dissertation. The course is taught as a guided experience in planning and executing actual research in an area of Leadership. Working in teams, students enrolled in the class will identify a suitable topic and develop appropriate hypotheses. Next, the methods and instruments for testing the hypotheses will be developed. Data will then be collected and analyzed pertinent to the hypotheses. Finally, a written report of the research will be prepared. Prerequisites: PSY 6021, PSY 8220, ORG 6016.
