ORG 7433 - Organizational Assessment

Introduces students to the theory and practice of organizational assessment. Key issues related to designing and conducting organizational assessment at the individual, small group/team and systemwide level. Various assessment methods will be explored including the use of instruments, surveys and interview- ased methods. Includes both a review of the literature and extensive experiential practice.
