This course investigates management principles and applications in non-government organizations (NGOs) with emphasis in international and multicultural environments. Students explore how management issues resemble and are different from issues in private sector or public sector organizations. NGO case studies are presented to illustrate important managerial techniques needed or managerial tasks faced by leaders in this sector.
