This course is designed to facilitate students’ learning of the business strategies and Information Systems (IS) implementation strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Students learn characteristics of SMEs that influencing the selection and subsequent investment decision in suitable business software. Furthermore, the course teaches core and common business processes enabled by IS in an SME, including procurement and order-fulfillment cycles.
