A broad overview and introduction to the broad field of industrial and organizational psychology and consulting psychology as in terms of concepts, theories, research trends, and practice. It will include review of literature addressing worker, manager, executive and organizational productivity both locally and globally. Describe theoretical frameworks that include individual behavior (e.g., job satisfaction), organizational processes, power and politics, decision-making, motivation, and leadership. Identify research methods and design in the study of human behavior in organizations.
