PA 492T - Current Environmental Issues

This three-hour sequence is designed to permit the student to take any or all of its three divisions and thereby earn the corresponding semester-hour credit. This course is designed to update and keep those paralegals that work in the area abreast of the topics presently being litigated in court or enacted by the legislature relative to the environment. Each section is a 5-1/3 week session in the following areas: 1) toxic waste law, 2) asbestos litigation, and 3) current environmental issues.
