CHD 4315 - Engaging Families of Children with Exceptional Needs

The course provides the knowledge and skills required in working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive wrap-around services for individuals with special needs. Students will gain an understanding of the procedures required for families to procure services and how to support families of children with exceptional needs with both school resources and access to other professionals and agencies.
