Various platforms such as health care entrepreneurship, e-business models, and health care for the elderly are discussed. Furthermore, students gain knowledge in healthcare operations management, such as designing the appropriate healthcare delivery system, capacity planning and decision making under uncertainty, and process failure, learning and improvement.
