Focus on alternative assessment of African American and other ethnic minority/culturally diverse children. Coursework will involve assessment opportunities focusing on various areas of eligibility, observations of disabilities in the classroom, and how they affect school progress and the determination of appropriate recommendations that follow assessment results to enhance the learning of students.
