This course provides basic information in methods for picturing data with graphs, describing distributions with numbers, normal distributions, concepts of correlation and linear regression, sampling, experiment design, elementary probability, samples and populations, binomial distributions, conﬁdence intervals, tests of significance, inference errors, inferring a population mean, and the critical analysis of common statistical presentations.
