Building on the foundation of OD theories, this course provides an elaboration of an organizational development viewpoint, particularly emphasizing skill development. Emphasizes organizational assessment, intervention designs, implementation and style of the practitioner, writing proposals and on the practitioner’s awareness of their impact on others in the organization.
