NUR70010 - Healthcare Finance and Program Design

Students will examine accounting and financial principles, financial statements, budgets, variance analysis, and the development of measurable aims and objectives to inform planning and program design. Students will explore program design principles for an evidence-based project integrating knowledge of project management principles, change management and models, and theoretical frameworks to address a complex healthcare system issue.
