NUR70061 - Capstone Experience I

Students will engage with their preceptor and faculty mentor to implement the program proposal completed in Research and Evidence-Based Practice. Students will continue working with their preceptor on their professional leadership development plan based on their AONL Nurse Leader Competency Assessment Tool: Self-Assessment completed during their first semester. AONL competencies will be supported through pre/post assessment and planned experiences with a preceptor, EBP project implementation, certification exam preparation, faculty mentor, and check-ins.
