NUR70030 - Advanced Seminar: Principles of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement

Students will explore the principles of patient safety and quality improvement utilizing evidence-based tools, analytical frameworks, and methodologies to advance health outcomes and health equity. Data analytics, measurement, variance analysis, standards, benchmarking, reporting, and clinical decision support tools will also be explored. A preparation plan for certification will be supported through reading, quizzing, and testing.
