NUR70040 - Advanced Seminar: Nursing Workforce

Students will explore the principles and competencies needed for effective nursing human resource management, including leadership, ethics, workforce planning, resource management, healthy work environments, and retention strategies. Students will analyze real-world scenarios and develop strategies for optimizing nursing human resource practices within healthcare systems. A preparation plan for certification will be supported through reading, quizzing, and testing.
