MTH30000 - Introduction to Statistics

This is an introductory statistics course that focuses on statistical reasoning used to evaluate data from healthcare fields. In this course, students will learn to use statistical tools to organize and analyze data. Students will learn to use various statistical methods and principles such as descriptive statistics, measures of central tendency and variability, sampling, correlation, hypothesis tests and confidence intervals to analyze data.
