This course provides an overview of human behavior at the individual, group, and organization level. Students will gain competence related to performance analysis and management, supervision, staff training and coaching, behavioral systems analysis, organizational culture, and leadership. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to work collaboratively within and across groups, agencies, and organizations to improve performance and functioning.
