PSY93710 - Clinical Project II(3 units) This course involves working in small groups to develop a clinically meaningful research project as the capstone to their PsyD journey. Learning to collaborate with colleagues on research projects is an invaluable skill. Students will focus their projects on intentional, community, and/or actionable clinical impact. Clinical Research Project II will focus implementation and defend of their approved projects. his phase requires students to document the procedures they carried out, organize the information collected through their engagement or evaluation activities, and conduct an interpretive analysis appropriate to their project type. Students examine insights their project reveal about the clinical problem, the community or agency context, and the relational-ethical conditions influencing relational-practice. Students will describe the clinical significance of their findings, identify structural or cultural considerations that emerged, and develop recommendations grounded in the realities of the setting. This course is a fully synchronous course.
