The Hufstedler School of Education at Alliant International University offers a Doctor of Education in TESOL, a Master’s of Arts in Education with a concentration in TESOL, as well as the TESOL Graduate Certificate. Additionally, it offers the California Teachers of English Learners (CTEL) leading to certification in Cross-cultural Language and Academic Development (CLAD). Our programs focus on preparing TESOL practitioners and scholars for leadership roles in a variety of institutions within the United States and abroad. With its multinational student body and International Language Education and Cultural (ILEC) Center, Alliant offers the perfect setting for TESOL study and professional practice. The programs feature:

Faculty
The TESOL faculty is a dedicated group of professionals who will prepare you for authentic challenges and opportunities as a leader. The distinguished faculty is known nationally and internationally for their numerous publications, research, program development and best practices in TESOL, Linguistics and Language Education. They bring to the program their vast experience in teaching ESL/EFL, designing and conducting teacher education programs, developing culturally relevant materials and writing texts for both domestic and international contexts.
