LDR 8703 - Leadership Self-Development 3: From Self-Knowledge to Organizational Change

This course addresses leadership at the broadest level, moving from self and other-awareness, to leading other leaders and influencing change in organizations, communities and society at large. Students analyze a range of organizational leadership issues and challenges using the frames of systems thinking, the learning organization, global leadership, organizational ethics and managing change. They reflect on and integrate the various elements of their own leadership development, and articulate their identity as a leader in the various contexts of their envisioned future.
