LDR 8804 - Leadership Practicum 2: Executing an Effective Organizational Implementation

This course will focus on delivering value to an organization or a community through the effective implementation of a leadership and management intervention on a client organization. The professor will supervise these leadership projects and act as an overseer for multiple projects. The students will draw on relevant leadership and management theory to effectively implement an organizational or community-based intervention in a global context.
