BUS 6080 - Leadership in Organizations

This course introduces students to the role of the leader within the organization. The course will discuss and understand elements and traits of leadership. This is a management course, and students are training and studying to be managers in businesses and organizations, and thus the functions of the manager will be explored and linked to the practice of leadership. It covers measures and characterization of leadership success, and ultimately the role of leadership for contributing to organizational effectiveness.
