MG 350T - Labor Relations and Human Resource Management Concepts Applications

This course will incorporate the analysis and effective resolution of cases and business situations involving labor relations and/or human resource issues. Following the review of relevant labor relations and human resource concepts addressed in the prerequisite courses as well as the study of current course materials, the students, individually or as teams, will be expected to apply those concepts by developing effective solutions to analyzed situations. The students will then be expected to discuss or present their findings to the class.
