LDR 8803 - Leadership Practicum 1: Engaging with a Client Organization

This course will focus on identifying a client organization or community in a global context, diagnosing a problem and developing a plan to add value to the organization or community. Particular emphasis will be put on defining the scope of the project, creating a schedule of activities with milestones and deliverables and measurable return on investment. Leadership theory as well as relevant business theory and practice such as project management, lean start-up will be drawn upon.
