IST 6499 - Integrated Systems and Technology for Small and Medium Enterprises

This course is designed to facilitate students’ learning of the business strategies and Information Systems (IS) implementation strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The course will cover the characteristics of SMEs that would have an impact on the selection and subsequent investment in suitable software to support its business operations. Furthermore the course teaches core and common business processes enabled by IS in an SME, including procurement and order-fulfillment cycles.
