ACR 7225 - Interviewing and Interrogation: History and Fundamentals(1 unit) Provides an overview of the history and the legal precedent associated with interviewing and interrogating from a law enforcement and a national security perspective. Examines current evidence-based practices in deducing information. Cognitive interviewing, interpretation of verbal and physical behavior, memory and false confessions, deception detection, interviewing special populations, and ethical considerations are discussed.
