Alliant’s School of Management offers a certificate in Technology Mediated Training Development. The 50-hour program will utilize in-person discussions, online training, as well as hands on practice using IT tools such as Captivate and e-learning development tools. The certificate will be given to those who have completed and shown proficiency through testing in the concepts and use of these development tools and systems. After completing the training, students can join organizations in their online learning and development departments, or EMR development and training departments.
