This doctoral-level course examines contemporary trends, issues, and challenges in educational leadership in TK-12 schools. Students will explore theoretical and practical frameworks related to leadership, change, innovation, equity, diversity, and inclusion in K-12 educational settings. Weekly research projects will culminate in a capstone project including a video presentation. Weekly topics focus on current issues for this sector of the educational setting.
